Votrient 200mg tablet contains the active substance pazopanib. It is an antineoplastic drug that belongs to the class tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It is used in adults to treat advanced kidney cancer or has spread to other organs. It is also indicated to treat certain forms of soft-tissue sarcoma, a type of cancer affecting the supportive tissues of the body. This medicine works by preventing the activity of proteins involved in the growth and spread of cancer cells.
